This notice describes AgentWalk for Mac, iPhone, and iPad and this website, operated by Alo Stories Inc. We update this notice when our handling of information changes.

Recordings and local processing

When you choose to record, AgentWalk captures the selected display, in-app web walkthrough, or screen broadcast and its available audio, including microphone narration when enabled. Recordings can contain whatever is visible or audible during the session. You can also import an existing video and add annotations. Review the material before sharing it.

Sessions, source recordings, edits, and annotations are stored in your device’s local library. On Mac, speech transcription and screen processing use Apple’s on-device frameworks to create transcripts, screenshots, recognized text, and evidence files. Speech assets may need to download on first use. Mobile exports contain the edited video, annotations, and written request; the fuller transcript and visual-evidence pipeline runs on Mac.

Optional local AI

On Mac, smart transcription and finding drafts can use Apple’s on-device model or your configured Ollama or LM Studio server. These local workflows have no automatic AgentWalk cloud-model fallback. The original transcript and recording remain available. Requests to a model server use the address and model you configure.

Optional iCloud Drive sync

If you choose a shared iCloud Drive folder, AgentWalk copies portable session data, recordings, and annotations there so your devices can continue the work. Apple processes that material under your iCloud account and settings. Credentials and machine-specific agent settings do not sync with the session. Sync is optional; local recordings remain usable offline.

When you hand off to another agent

AgentWalk can copy prompts and files, open supported agents, invoke a script you choose on Mac, or use native sharing on iPhone and iPad. Those destinations may transmit your evidence to their providers according to their own permissions, model choices, and privacy terms. Review the destination and attachments before sending. Alo Stories Inc. does not control those services’ handling of data.

Linear tickets and screenshots

Linear workflows send issue text and selected evidence, including screenshots, to the workspace you select. You can use your coding agent’s Linear connection or the Mac app’s native connection. Published material is subject to Linear’s workspace permissions and privacy terms. A full recording is not uploaded by the native screenshot-ticket workflow; sharing it through another route is a separate choice.

The native Mac connection uses OAuth and stores its authorization in your Mac’s Keychain. Disconnecting removes the local authorization; revoke server access in Linear separately if desired. Local publication records keep issue links and upload results to support review and recovery. Removing a local draft does not delete a published issue or its attachments.

Optional Gemini video and audio analysis

Gemini analysis is off by default. When you enable it on Mac, AgentWalk sends your complete edited MP4, including audio, and your written context directly to Google’s Gemini API using your own API key. Saving a key by itself does not enable uploads. Your key is stored in your Mac’s Keychain and is not sent to Alo Stories Inc.

Google processes this material under the data terms and settings applicable to your API account. AgentWalk saves returned analysis alongside the local evidence and includes it in the selected agent handoff. The app attempts to delete the uploaded file after analysis and reports cleanup problems; this does not promise deletion of every record Google may retain under its terms. Removing a key disables future Gemini uploads but does not delete past analysis or copies shared elsewhere.

Information we receive

AgentWalk does not send recordings or transcripts to Alo Stories Inc. for processing. No AgentWalk account is required for local preparation. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

If you email us for support or early access, we receive your address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, provide requested support, and follow up about requested access. We do not sell them or use them for advertising profiles. Our email service processes those messages on our behalf.

This website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site. The time-savings calculator runs in your browser and does not send its inputs to us. Early-access links open your email app; you decide whether to send the message.

Retention and deletion

Local sessions remain until removed. Deleting a session locally does not delete shared iCloud Drive history, independent exports, Linear issues, agent attachments, or other service copies. Manage those copies separately in their respective folders or services. On Mac, empty Trash to complete normal deletion of trashed sessions.

We retain support and early-access messages as needed to respond and manage the correspondence. You can ask us to delete those messages or stop contacting you. Legal or security obligations may require retaining particular records.
